Raaniya's Jewellery reserves the exclusive right to entertain or deny exchanges after carefully assessing the reason for exchange. We are committed to working towards the common interest of our customers.

If deemed reasonable, Raaniya's Jewellery will provide an exchange for another item of the same price or offer a price coupon of equivalent value for future purchases.

We require exchanges to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Items must be in unused condition and original packaging.

The exchange process is expected to take 15-25 days.

**Colour Appearance**

The stones used in our jewellery are mostly translucent, allowing a certain amount of light to pass through. As a result, a jewellery piece may appear slightly darker or lighter than the original shade. We strive to provide genuine pictures of our jewellery, with almost all images taken from our mobile cameras without any filter settings.

**Faulty/Damaged Delivery**

While we take utmost care to prepare our jewellery to withstand normal shocks and falls and ensure proper packaging, there may be rare cases of damaged shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please inform us within 24 hours. After understanding your issue, we will guide you through the further process. The first step would be to replace the same piece if available. If not available, you may choose another item of the same price or receive a price coupon of equivalent value for future purchases.

**What to Do if Any Polki/Stone/Pearl etc. Comes Out?**

Although it is rare, sometimes Polki/Stone/Pearl etc. may come out despite careful placement. These delicate objects need to be handled with care. We are always ready to assist you. **Return Cost for Orders**

The cost of sending the exchange product back again must be taken care of by the customer.

**Exchange Policy**

Valid for jewellery returned within 2 years of purchase. The offer remains valid even if the polish has dulled but will be invalid if the jewellery is broken. Contact us to initiate the exchange; ship jewellery back for assessment. Eligibility confirmed upon assessment. Receive 50% credit toward a new piece from our collection.
